In Regards to Business Form Applications and Meeting Request Forms:

 * With business partners: When you click on a link to file an application Specific To Business Financing, that directly files into the Premium Merchant Funding database and you may be contacted regarding future financing offers. 

For the EHP/Revive  Supplemental Health Benefits Program, you will not be contacted unless you or a subsidiary of your services expressly requests that we attempt to forge a connection to give you the opportunity to freely add this to your benefits offering. There is no downside to you the Client. 

In the case of reaching out on the municipal level or to notable businesses we will only reach out in a lawfully compliant way through the appropriate channels of communication and to those directly involved with the professional background to field these types of meetings and conversations.

 * With Your consent : We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Retention of Your Personal Data
